As i said months ago, Borba was a duster and the subsequent fluff pieces about turning it int something else were nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt at hiding the fact that it was a duster.
They will continue to trot out Borba every qtr to keep the hope alive and to desperately try to drum up some interest.
