XST is not a sure thing. People acting as if it is. Other oil/gas looked at it and left. Now its going to be trying again. We don't have enough information to even know the guestimate of success . So valuations on guestimates for over valuation or under valuation is joke.

Do we even have reliable success rate to base the valuations on it?
