BOE means Barrel of Oil Equivalent, this is based on an energy conversion at the burner tip, note there is no value ($) relationship in this. 6mcf of gas is equivalent to 1 Barrel of Oil.
XST purchased 1500 BOE this is not 1500 barrels of Oil. Based on the reserves of 28$ NGLs (non-gas liquids) they have purchased 420 Barrels of Oil and 6480mcf of Gas.
Still has the potential for good revenue but not as simple as 1500x60.
