can you please post the director/s selling SGC. Looks to me that XST MD sold some XST so he could covert some oppies into shares in both companies no doubt making it possible to cash in at sometime in the future at many multiples of the current SP if they have success in drilling. 70% change with 80% chance of then being a producer.
I wondered why he sold XST and not SGC to make the conversion. He didn't own any SGC heads to sell. Being a bean counter I guess he has a few smarts about these things. Enough to convince me that I needed to split my risk and also have some SGC
