Yes 3.10 June is good and will improve However the other comments are also interesting that CF is still there with other possible suitors some of who have gone to the trouble to visit the site as I reported in a previous post.
Looks like a further wait probably not going to get an offer till the last minute everyone will wait till the July figures are available to see if things continue to improve particularly the costs dropping under $3.00
