Buying uranium in order to sell uranium. I would have thought quite strange as the spot rate is generally less than the contract rate therefore if BOE did get into a supply issue it would not have to much effort in making up the shortfall.
Im sure some other logic exists for the plus side. ( maybe taking more pounds out of the market for example)
