Institutional investors don't buy shares on market in a company the size of boss unless they are set first. The only way to get them interested is a placement or share crossing like has happened a few times. Boss isn't liquid enough to buy $500k plus worth of stock without moving the price.
A well placed raise to good instos should leave them wanting to build a position. Wait until after the 3B comes out to see if the boys at Euroz and Patos did a good job. Closing down day of the raising I have my doubts
