Understand your view and often there are circumstance which dictate it is not practical to offer a SPP and I by the way did double up at 4.9cents.
however I get incensed at the inequity of much that happens at the small end where the small shareholders are played for mugs when CR take place
In this instance I have great confidence in Mark Hohnen delivering a great outcome and the discount to the market was very little and hopefully the buyers are genuinely in for the long run.
To often however the CR discounts are huge and deliver to SI and so called Insto investors windfall profits which are not made available to the mug punter.
The smaller companies with integrity often give the small investor the opportunity via SPP
