For those of you waiting on your refund, they are doing weekly batch runs on Fridays, with the next set of refunds due this Friday 12th Jan, then the following Friday 19th Jan, then Friday 26th Jan, etc. The only thing is that Automic cannot tell you which batch run your refund will fall into, so I guess it's a case of wait and see. Some people were lucky enough to fall into the first batch run last Friday; so it's a bit of a lottery as to whether you get a speedy refund or not.
