That "Base Case" IRR is magical. Historically LT contracts are around 20% above Spot. So we are, historically speaking, ALREADY at the base case scenario.
Just think, if they layer their contracts in from $70 all the way up to the $150lb mark (which Spot WILL get to within 2yr timeframe).
The IRR will be at insane levels of between 75-150+ %.
THAT's some solid cashflow right there.
