This is a clear signal that they're are looking at ramping up M&A efforts. They've obviously been doing it already re Laramide but it looks like they are on the hunt.
In addition to the headline, one of the dir. has a "focus on transaction support and mergers and acquisitions" and the other "managed the group's (Paladin) legal function...finalising financing agreements" etc.
