Looking at the 3 yr chart.. today's important breakout in touching .033c (i.e. 52 week high's bodes very well mid-longer term imo)
BOE appears to be in a strong bullish trend confirmed by multiple indicators. Specifically, a 5-day moving average of the stock price is above the 20 and 50-day moving averages.
Additionally, a long-term bullish signal is offered by the 200-day moving average which is trending higher.
(Upward trend/momentum has a good chance to continue above the upper band by a further 24.6% according to Bollinger Bands Analysis).
