From memory they previously had all the permits for 2.45M lb/pa, with conditional approval (not sure thats the right term) for increase to 3.3. Seems now the 3.3 is fully approved.
EFS was based on the 2.45 so will be interesting to see how and when they expand up to full 3.3 capacity. On the face of it, the fact they have sought and received these extra approvals now seems they are bringing these expansion plans forward.
