    I would have rather them spend $60m on a decent sized asset rather that an already built plant with only 3.4mlbs in the indicated and reserve.

    i'm sure there's a lot of exploration upside but this is arguably one of the more expensive ways to go about it. Yeah a bigger resource would cost more and obviously you don't have a processing plant to go along with that so both are expensive anyway but if they added a decent amount of pounds straight out the gate this would solve the overvalued script issue (the more resources a company has the more valuable it is) and then they would be 3x NAV,DYL as an example (although they are yet to have a processing plant)

    At least the plant has its permits, exploration upside seems to be good and lots of components on the processing facility have been updated recently.

    lots of positives but also lots of question marks here too
