It's funny when you see a SP go up, and then a few weeks, a month perhaps later the news of something floats out. Usually after the price has first been driven down. It's even funnier (not) when you're a lawyer and you know that these guys will have been putting the finishing touches on these deals and drafting the deeds for months now.
