Me as well, plus if the board did sell only SB do the SH actually get some of it or do they just bank it for future use and ... a performance bonus for themselves.
Afterwards we are left with a pipeline of products with a lot of work and costs ahead.
If they did sell, I would rather someone buy them outright for SB and all future products.
