Directors have just put $500k into their own company which is a huge vote of confidence in the future and the AGM is coming up Oct 21.
The ratification of those shares at this meeting is a given and if you place yourself in directors shoes would you put coin in now pending good news or hold off pending bad news and partake in a much lower raise? Not only are their reputations at stake here at nearly 6c but also that of Euroz Hartleys. All big guns, so we have to back with them our heads because we aren't playing a feel good investment here. We like the directors, are here playing to make some coin, some proper coin and not just a few $k.
Timing is everything in this game and most of us have got it wrong, but for the life of me I have been looking for reason to get out and I just can't find one apart from the price action, but I have chosen to ignore that.
That decision has been really dumb on my behalf, but that is one of the lessons learnt. i.e. you can have the best FA in the world but PA is what dictates your wealth.
