There ia always some risk but S. Bromide is a well established treatment elsewhere, with similar safety and efficacy requirements (e.g. Japan). The SP increased in anticipation of imminent FDA approval which has the potential to generate very significant revenue for BOT. Why wouldn't the SP have increased substantially?
