Today's announcement about applying for a licence ("The Company expects to be submitting its final license application to the Office for Drug Control for its first cultivation and production licenses at the RMIT secure facilities in the coming weeks") is very disappointing given two months ago on the 2nd of May they posted an update that said -
"The Company has engaged an independent expert who has already completed the relevant MXC license applications. "
