Speculative from my side of course but I feel more so the laTter of what you mentioned may be true. Whilst there will be short term trading on most cap raises I think this opportunity and cap raise is more like a VC style. A company on the verge of selling its first product line and ramping/scaling up across the US. Would provide far more attractive returns over a 12-24 month period where investors see value in the scale story. I dont see this being like other cap raises where it is pushed to family offices looking to make an easy 10-20% from the discount to trading it in a couple weeks on the open market.
