If the capital raise is seen as growth-positive (e.g. funding expansion) I believe the major takeout of what you have pointed out and what you say is proven to be true generaly speaking. In this case the funding was needed to cover unprecedented demand until payments are secured to guarantee continuity of supply. Not meeting demand and issues with supply is a back breaker for a newly commercialised company relying on building trust, reputation and supply reliabilty hence the CR - not rocket science. The other point is FOMO leading into the quarterly in a couple of weeks. I don't believe BOT will resolve back to 33c and likely will sit above 40c but will find out soon enough. Keep in mind it is not like a company needing a CR to stay viable - totally the polar opposite.
