The target is 30% of 3.7m and 1% of the remaining 6.3m this is just HH alone. We know off label prescriptions do take place thus the market population is actually greater but for now lets assume they are part of the 10m this makes the targets not so lofty after all. If BOT reaches even 5% and maintain high refill rates it's still close to US$1b in revenues and is known in the industry as a "blockbuster".
