A bit of an and A bit of B. off label is a big market but they can't really talk to much about that because it hasn't been approved for other areas of the body...yet. They know it will happen but also done with a lot of products at the moment.
the auto repeat refills is massive. if the avg refill for a prescription drug is just under 2 repeats...even for heart drugs...crazy. They have the ability to 5-6x a company's individual drug revenue by increasing repeats from 2 to x10-12 repeats a year. Thats is a massive increase in revenue for a drug company for not doing anything extra.
