Needs to brush up a little on Working Capital, Inventory Turnover and Receivables turnover...better companies have folded for not respecting cashflow and timing of cashflow. The raise at least provides confidence to some degree they won't be caught out.

I ran one of my first companies in booze, sold out inventory hard and fast, payment terms 90 days, and very quickly found out the business looks good, is good but cash flow to fund the next inventory and expansion forced a raise. So I'm bias to take the money when it is readily available...not when you need it the most you often get the most unfavourable terms.
