Great result for $BOT. I don't think I will ever be able to comprehend the commotion on the forum regarding a CR.
This was executed excellently. $40M from a US biotech investor. We are now cashed up and progressing - rest assured that signals a large sign of confidence moving forward that impending results have a great opportunity of being solid. Otherwise, why the placement?
We are now cashed up, so that nullifies any impending fears of cash issues. Not to mention we are making moves into America.
Our investor seems to be based in PA, a biotech hub. With a 19% shareholding, it's a strategic placement.
Matt has been lining this up for some time. Dilution isn't great, but we need it to get the anti-bacterial development up and running. Lest we forget, that adds another product to our arsenal. Our MC just got dramatically bigger, now with the added 40M cash, we are holding.
Ha. $BOT. Nice play.
