Well, MSB do have a checkered history with the FDA, but I guess there are three reasons for the current price hike.
1. They claim FDA has all but winked and nodded approval in pre-submission meetings based on data provided.
2. They have multiple drug submissions scheduled in the next 6-12 months so, even if one fails, there are others.
3. There has been a lot of insider buying (tens of millions of shares) in the last couple of months.
I have a much smaller stake in MSB than in BOT so I haven't paid as much attention to the latest details.
Well, MSB do have a checkered history with the FDA, but I guess...
