Another way to think about it it is theu lenses of Japan..if Japan got 350 000 prescribtions on year 4
1. US has 2.5 more people > brings us to year 2 to hit this number
2. They did not spend 50mln to launch this product and in US we allowed to keep customer profile and send re-fills > this should give good assurance we should at least hit same number on year 2 or even first year!!!
