It's what happens when management gets duped by bankers and raises way too much money, banker gets paid handsomely and shareholder gets diluted more than is required. 30 sales reps, initial inventory, marketing ramp and some additional compliance headcount shouldn't cost all this much. Management doesn't understand public markets.
