Geez, people are being too emotional here. I could give you a long list of companies that avoided raising much when optimism and excitement was at a peak, and ended up destroying the share price later on when they eventually raised at a big discount after all the excitement had faded. I could also give you a long list of companies that have rallied hard after doing a large cap raises when excitement was at a high. This is the best time to raise, and none of us know how much capital will be necessary so we can't really comment on whether it's too large. It's at a massive premium to what most of us paid for our shares, there are far worse outcomes we could have gotten.
