If that massive japan market meltdown didnt see us hit 0.30 cents, what possible reason should hitting 0.30c make any sense? We are pretty much beginning to sell, inventory is in order, 60+ million are covered through insurance, still have $70 mill in the bank.
If we use the process of elimination to explain the downtrend, the only logical explanations is a capping of the SP to facilitate low ball offers and/or instos selling into each other, for whatever reason.
