According to this article - the two big areas that could affect BOT are...
1. Drug Prices. RFK has said... “Legislators should cap drug prices so that companies can’t charge Americans substantially more than Europeans pay,” He uses Ozempic as an example. In Europe it is $100/month. In USA $1000/Mth.
If enacted you can see how this would slash possible profits, and Affect Sofdra at $700/mth.
2. Drug advertising.
Essentially he wants to ban direct-to -consumer pharma advertising.
Again if enacted I would this would impact the online-targeted advertising of people search of solutions etc.
