Either there was a mistake in the trial in the US and patients were given the active formulation which resulted in success or Botanix have stumbled across a miracle placebo concoction that also has a success rate on par with other current drugs - success!
On a serious note, the uncertainty surrounding the unusual result may have a negative impact on the SP, however this is overall a positive result.
The drug performs on par with other current drugs and has minimal side affects - the fact that this is going to Phase 3 should be indication enough as if it was negative and the board still progressed regardless I would think it would be a breach of Directors' Duties
