I'd imagine it'd be a well known "anti-acne" treatment, hence the hurdle is very real and with acne, it could all get a bit "subjective" in a sense, people respond different, maybe many of the US subjects, simply responded very well to the "other treatment". I was dismissive of it in my earlier posts, but it dawned on me, it just might be that a respected existing treatment worked well for that batch of people. Treating acne is not like say heart failure or advanced cancer, it's got a lot more variables....one would think.
