I think from memory that the Phase II trial was set in stone before Vince came on board so this mess was set up while MC was CEO. Vince would not be happy as this result would affect his renumeration package would'nt it? When you look at the current situation calmly little has changed BTX1503 goes to Phase III and the other products still have the potential they had before this announcement.
