I don't think our BOD would be stupid enough to pay up a further 8m if approval wasn't going to occur... not a single hiccup has occurred so far in the process with FDA at either of the meetings they've had - had it occurred we would be well aware about any potential issues is previous announcements..
also, let's say FDA doesn't approve first time around, sub licensing deals alone could generate substantial income in Asian markets alone.
me thinks that FDA and American sales aren't the only thing we're after.
