For what It is worth.. I witnessed exactly the same kind of trading with RAP around a 2 years ago...TH for whatever ann then pump, then retrace...everybody getting fustrated on HC..blablabla...then we all know what happened with RAP SP ( I am not talking about the recent disaster for RAP).
I will add more sub 0.05
