    This in my opinion is super bullish and possibly the last time to get set in BOT at these levels. The deal was heavily
    oversubscribed and from all accounts some new strong hands on the register. This is a buying opportunity for those not able to access the stock via the placement and to take it off the hands of the few sellers taking some chips.
