Ok lets say BOT management is greedy, basically cap raising to give themselves more salary. Meanwhile they own so many shares and will be getting payouts of $50 mill plus, they want the SP to increase as much as possible.
If anyone has any other idea why we would need a cap raise let me know.
From what I see, they are going to intsos and telling them, "we are going to make billions in revenue with or without you. Here is your chance to jump on."
