My reading of what happened is that they had the instructions running down the pads (ie how Japanese read) instead of across the page (ie how Americans, and others,read). it was a silly error and easily fixed.
But BOT clearly stated in the webinar that this new timeframe aligns with their corporate sales and distribution plans. So I read that as to say: they will not be rushing or pushing things along. As far as they are concerned, all BOT's stars have aligned and will form a single point in 8 months (yes, at the start of FY24/25 Aust, and well into FY24/25 USA).
