Company have always been clear that more funds would be required following Approval (and that was when it was expected in September). They did mention that they might be able to borrow money at that point, but with the delay in approval and an extra 6-months wait, this CR was to be expected. But yes, really disappointing that exiting Shareholders didn't get an invite at what we all know is a significant discount to where it'll be in just a few months time!
