The 2 months comes from the lawyer saying class 1 is 2 months, but ‘likely’ class 2 because of the HF study. This guy is the director of the largest FDA dedicated law firm in USA, if he is surprised and thinks it’s unusual, i’d imagine he would try getting it in as a class 1. The recent price movement and this recent CR, I’m not worried if it’s 6 months, I’m thinking it’s time to buy because if they come out and say oh yay good news it’s coming early, there’s no chance.
