The CR was completed at 13 cents, 16% lower than the last traded price.
Yet the stock traded @ 15 cents for most of the day, down slightly.
In this market and on the spec end, this is probably one of the most solid responses to an institutional raise that you will see given the discount.
As mentioned, several new institutional investors are now on board.
Several people have missed out on their allocation. They are all eager to buy on market.
If anything this firms the company further and where they see the stock headed in both the short and long term.
