I have a feeling we will see some announcements near end of December regarding the uptake in the PEP.
May even release something like 'Sales for PEP have started.' etc
This may give the market a kick saying, 'Ok BOT is beginning its sales now, I better get in as cheap as possible' (sub 0.36)
