Perhaps and I would have been happier to see a raise at a higher price per share. That said I doubt there would have been much of a run in the short term... positive midcycle was largely priced in, imo. Sometimes it is prudent to take a decent deal when it is available rather than taking the risk in this suboptimal macro environment on a slightly better deal maybe being available. If $ in the bank means we can focus on commercialising SB and progressing trials, Im fine with this. Respectfully, it also isn't "management's" (did you mean the Board's?) primary or only job to worry about the day to day SP.
