9 cents is a great deal. So is 10 cents and so is 15 cents. You cant expect an outside insto to fork out a premium for a drug that hasnt even been approved yet; especially as BOT have only 6 months to be launch ready. They need the cash quick, they got it and now its time to start the engines and sit back until approval day
