To be honest, pretty freakin' angry about the discount on such a valuable product line and the fact the price was already being kept down on purpose.
I do understand the management's desire to get thing's done rapidly but c'mon. It brings on distrust that management will bail out as quickly as they can on takeover and partnership prospects in future rather than achieving full price for stock holders.
In saying that, it does expedite getting products to market and bring forward the potential bigger money take overs.
