Knowing there was no issue with the Science just the minor "Instructions Correction" (Wash hands prior and after application) shows an incredibly high probability of gaining FDA Approval in the next round..
FDA are a Highly Regulated Organization they dont work faster for anyone "who doesnt hold a voucher"
Plenty of chatter around here ,,,, just a timing issue at present with so many near term Catalysts in the Biotech sector ...
