I don't think there is a 3 month delay. Howie mentioned in the webinar that Sales force will start in Q1 2025. However later on, he talked about first sales happening in Q4 2024. Here is the quote from the 4c announcement on July, 2024.
"A broader digital launch of Sofdra will follow in Q4 CY 2024 and Botanix expects to receive first prescriptions from these sales in Q4 CY2024. Botanix expects to field a sales force in Q1 2025, targeting high decile prescribers of therapeutics for hyperhidrosis across the USA.
So I think first sales will happen in Q4 2024 (as mentioned earlier) followed by a larger rollout in 2025. Earlier some of us interpreted first sales in 2024 to mean full sales.
