There going to use Targeted Advertising (reddit, Instagram, tiktok, google Ads etc)to drive people to there website, run through the Telemed process all via website, get prescriptions from online doctors, check insurance coverage (imo this is a very important part) and ship to the customer directly via a 3PL
This doesn't need a physical sales fore that traditionally goes out and targets GP's/Dermatologists
The Sales force comes in later to target patients that haven't been picked up via Telemed process
