Apologies again, you are correct,
when I first did this I had 3 variables 6X 8X and 10X, and i took 8X as the mid point as it was comparable to others in our field. I had only updated it as far down as 5% (Trying not to get to far ahead of myself on what could be) from 6% onwards it dropped to 8X
